BOOKING CONDITIONS ​

We ask for a 30% deposit at the time of booking by bank transfer, and for the remaining balance to be paid in full either by bank transfer three days in advance of your stay, or in cash upon arrival.

Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur the full charge of the total unless the room is re-let. If you leave early then full payment will be taken and refunded if we re-let the room. 

 

 Self-catering​ (rental of whole wing)

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is payable by bank transfer on booking. The balance is due four weeks before arrival.

A refundable Security deposit of £150 is payable with the remaining balance, refundable at the end of your stay. Additional charges may apply for breakages or for cleaning if the accommodation is not left in good order.

In the unfortunate event of you having to cancel your holiday (for whatever reason) we would expect your own holiday insurance to cover any losses and our rental to be paid in full, unless we are able to find a suitable tenant in time.
